Finding your holiday home
You’ve decided to go for it – you are going to buy an Orlando holiday home! The first step is to book an inspection visit so we can show you the great properties that are available.
How to get there
There many direct flights from the London Airports and Virgin Atlantic goes direct from London and Manchester. You can also fly from other regional airports in the UK. However it will probably mean changing at least once although we regularly do this ourselves as connections are generally good.
Aer Lingus runs a direct service to Orlando from Dublin and you can even clear US immigration and US Customs at the airport before you depart.
We recommend that you book a car when you arrive at Orlando airport – let us know if you don’t drive so we can make alternative arrangements for you.

When to come
Prices vary depending on the time of year and we don't generally offer visits in the Summer season or school holidays, due to the price of flights and lack of accommodation in our homes during these busy times. Should you happen to be in Orlando during these periods and want to meet up with one of our team, let us know and we can arrange a visit.
What to expect
We book in one client per inspection visit to make sure you get our full attention while you are making this life-changing decision.
The trips are conducted over 4-5 days: you spend 2-3 days with the realtor, a day or so on the other aspects of the purchase process such as arranging a mortgage or setting up a US bank account, and the rest of the time shopping and visiting the location attractions.
Your complimentary accommodation will be a similar standard to the home that you are looking to purchase.
You will be introduced to the companies who we recommend for furniture, including their interior design specialists who will help you choose from the different packages available.
