Timeshare Repossessions at Regal Palms

We We have been aware of these units for some time but honestly had no idea how long the foreclosure process would take and who would end up with the units to sell. Fortunately for us they are in the hands of a close associate who is working on behalf of the investment group who bought the homes from the bank and we have been given the right to sell to our UK and European client base.

Another benefit here is that the $10,000 initiation fee to the clubhouse at Regal Palms is included in the price. With normal bank repossessions i.e. homes which have been repossessed from a previous owner the clubhouse charge a $10,000 initiation fee to the new owner so you always need to add this on to the price.

As you can see from the photos this is fantastic value for money for a brand new townhome with $60,000 worth of upgrades and furniture.  If you consider you are getting $60,000 worth of furniture in the price you are really only paying just over $40,000 for the actual unit.

Any home at Regal is a good price around the $100k mark especially when you consider what they sold for in the peak but these are something else with all of these upgrades.
