Our Inspection Visits operate from Manchester and London airports and are all flying direct with Virgin Atlantic. As we only have limited availability at this price, seats are issued on a first come first served basis. Please be aware the cheaper dates are likely to sell quickly and once reserved no more will be available. We are NOT looking to book as many people as possible as the inspection visit will still be conducted on a 1-1 basis and not through a group tour so we can only accommodate a certain number of people on certain dates.
We do recommend that buyers book a car on arrival at Orlando International Airport although this is not absolutely necessary if you do not drive. The reason we recommend the car is clients will normally like to go back to the home / development a number of time before they make a final decision. You will be accommodated in a similar type of property that you are looking to purchase and the trips will be conducted over 4-5 days. From previous experience there will still be a day or so personal time should you wish to visit the parks or do any shopping.
Potential buyers will have 2 -3 days or our realtor’s time to view any new build, resales, or bank repos / foreclosures during this period. As most of you will have been on our mailing list for some time you will already understand how we work as a company and the type of services we offer as well as our links with 2 of the largest tour operators in the Disney area - Thomas Cook Signature and British Airways Holidays who provide us with the necessary bookings to fill your home for you.
There will also be enough time to come into our office to get a handle on how the management side of the business works and we also have a US mortgage advisor available should you wish to sit down and go over the different deals which are available at the time.
