I actually wrote part of the review when we can home in May but wanted the videos available before I uploaded to the website so you can really appreciate the message I am trying to get across here.
I have got to say the location of Calabria is second to none. Two minutes from the shops, bars and restaurants of 192 and only 5 minutes to the entrance to Walt Disney World. All lots are 75 ft wide which is 50% larger than normal and back onto either conservation or water. There are 5 and 6 bedroom models available and all have upgrades within the list price which include tiled roofs, stone driveways, pools and heated spas.
There is a bit of a story behind the development in that the previous developer went into administration during the banking crisis and DR Horton (Americas Number 1 builder) bought up all of the remaining lots. Because of the way the builder picked up the lots they have been able to aggressively price the homes from $265k which for a 5 bed home with tiled roof, brick driveway and many other extras is fantastic value for money.
As I mentioned above you are only 5 mins from Disney and even nearer to a number of my own favourite eating places a the West end of 192 including Carrabas, Olive Garden, Outback and Houlihan’s. They have actually just opened a brand new Bahama Breeze only minutes from Calabria and the fact you can take a taxi to Downtown Disney should you want a real night out without one of the party needing to drive makes Calabria an extremely attractive development for owners and renters alike.
